The stage is set, and the crowd is chanting, can you feel the beat? It’s time to show your skills with this collection of Friday Night Funkin games and dazzle your fans with your moves.
FNF, short for Friday Night Funkin, is a series of rhythm games first developed by The Funkin' Crew Inc. in 2020, but that soon took on a life of its own and sprouted several clones. These rhythm games all follow the same formula - you must hit the notes in time to the beat of the music. Failing to hit the notes will damage your “reputation” in the battle, a sort of health bar. With basic controls and mechanics, FNF games fall under the “easy to play, difficult to master” genre.
The games follow Boyfriend, a cool kid trying to impress Girlfriend by defeating his opponents in battles of rhythm. One of the funny aspects of these games is, precisely, who these opponents are and what they entail to the game.
Do you know Freddy, from the FNaF (Friday Night at Freddy’s) horror games? Well, the scary and murderous bear is one of Boyfriend’s challengers in Super Friday Night Funkin' at Freddy's 2. Right out of the Minecraft games, you also get Noob challenging him in Friday Night Funkin Noob.
Ai from the massive Anime hit Oshi no Ko has also challenged Boyfriend to a battle with the most popular songs from the anime, including its opening. Check out FNF IDOL with Oshi no Ko!
