Be clever and think before you play if you want to have any chance of winning. This 4-player game is played in teams of two, which means that you must pay close attention to the cards your partner is playing and try to match your own strategy to theirs.
Klaverjassen uses a 32-card deck and the ranking of the cards is different from what you may be used to with a 52–card deck. For example, in a plain suit (not trump) the 10 card is worth more than the King.
